Failed to join the 235 degree radial to woodstown. No aircraft present on TCASII 30 mi range. Flight was going dca-pvd. Controller questioned situation so we turned immediately left to join. He cleared us direct robbinsville. Copilot just failed to advise me that his preset radial had centered.

Title: CAPT OF A B737 FAILED TO MAKE A COURSE TURN DURING CRUISE DUE TO FO FORGETTING TO ADVISE HIM THAT THE FO'S COURSE RADIAL INDICATOR HAD CTRED. ATC INTERVENED TO ADVISE THAT THEY WERE 8 MI OFF COURSE WHEREBY THE CAPT IMMEDIATELY TURNED BACK TO COURSE.
