Narrative:

I was flying the aircraft. Climbing out of FL250, the #2 pack appeared to fail. Reset was unsuccessful. Cabin continued to climb at 700 FPM. Climb was stopped at FL280. #1 pack appeared to fail just after leveloff. Reset of the #1 pack was also unsuccessful. The captain initiated an emergency descent and returned to sju.

Narrative: I WAS FLYING THE ACFT. CLBING OUT OF FL250, THE #2 PACK APPEARED TO FAIL. RESET WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. CABIN CONTINUED TO CLB AT 700 FPM.
