Narrative:
Aircraft #1 was sebound at FL390 and was descended to FL310 to meet LOA with next center. When I realized aircraft #2 was traffic, I turned both aircraft. Cause of problem: oversight.

Title: ARTCC CTLR DSNDED A A320 TO MEET THE NEXT CTL SECTOR ALT RESTR. CTL ACTIONS PUT THE A320 IN CONFLICT WITH A KC135. TURNS TO BOTH ACFT WERE NOT SUFFICIENT TO STOP A SYS ERROR.
Narrative: ACFT #1 WAS SEBOUND AT FL390 AND WAS DSNDED TO FL310 TO MEET LOA WITH NEXT CTR. WHEN I REALIZED ACFT #2 WAS TFC, I TURNED BOTH ACFT. CAUSE OF PROB: OVERSIGHT.
