Narrative:

Departing on the byron one SID, just prior to takeoff, lvk tower notified us the reiga LOM is not operating (clearance received) and latitude/longitude had to be entered in GPS. After confirming position, first officer (PF) confirmed departure procedure and reset 4000 ft in altitude select window. SID has a crossing restr of 3000 ft. Captain (PNF) was busy on radios and operating aircraft/engine anti-ice equipment and went through altitude.
