Aircraft departed 2a5 climbing to 3000 ft, was radar idented level at 3000 ft. Aircraft given vector of 270 degrees to final approach course to avoid antennas with MVA of 3600 ft. After issuing several other control instructions to other aircraft, aircraft was observed passing over antenna at 3000 ft. No action taken.
