Narrative:

Cleared to taxi runway 32 for T10 intersection departure from gate ab via A13, M2, M and T. Overshot turn from M to T and entered runway 32. Tower noted incursion and cleared us for takeoff prior to reaching other side. No other traffic was using runway and no conflict with other aircraft occurred. Reason for my error was failure to use 20-9 airport diagram to check taxi route. While performing before takeoff checks I observed 2 aircraft holding directly ahead on the M pad and the T10 sign near them and assumed that was where I was cleared to taxi. Fortunately no other aircraft were cleared. Supplemental information from acn 392980: overshot turn from M to T and entered runway. Tower noted incursion and cleared us for takeoff. I recognized the error but did not speak up quickly or clearly. Had my head in the cockpit when I should have been helping the captain.
