Narrative:

While descending into stl in a bae 3201, I noticed both hydraulic pump pressures at zero, indicating a loss of hydraulic fluid. Without hydraulic fluid (pressure) there is no gear, flap, nosewheel steering, and limited braking. We had to pump down the gear and flaps using the emergency standby pump. The brake accumulators bled off fairly quickly, the emergency brake accumulator bled off to zero almost immediately. We declared an emergency and landed without incident. As it turns out, a line in the pod area broke. This is the third time in 3 yrs that I have had this line fail, and it has happened to others in the past few yrs.
