Narrative:
I flew today without a 1ST class medical. I thought it expired in january 1998 but it expired in november 1997. I also didn't receive notice from my company regarding its upcoming expiration. The following flts were made today: pqi-bos, bos-avp-bos, and bos-pqi.

Narrative: I FLEW TODAY WITHOUT A 1ST CLASS MEDICAL. I THOUGHT IT EXPIRED IN JANUARY 1998 BUT IT EXPIRED IN NOVEMBER 1997. I ALSO DIDN'T RECEIVE NOTICE FROM MY COMPANY REGARDING ITS UPCOMING EXPIRATION. THE FOLLOWING FLTS WERE MADE TODAY: PQI-BOS, BOS-AVP-BOS, AND BOS-PQI.
