Climbing out of cvg en route to bna, in communication with ZID, assigned FL200. Read back FL220 with no correction. Controller corrected our altitude at FL215 ft, we were given FL200 again with a radar vector (turn) around traffic. Supplemental information from acn 390507: the flight crew observed via TCASII traffic at 10 O'clock, 10 mi, 300 ft below, when advised of deviation.
