Narrative:

30 mi east of lampassas at XY20Z, ZHU gave air carrier X abc a descent from FL220 to FL190. After reaching FL190, center asked if we were still at FL220. We replied negative and were asked to climb back to FL220. The altitude change was apparently for another abc call sign. We were never informed of another abc on frequency and received a positive confirmation to our altitude leaving FL220 readback. No aircraft conflict noted.
