Narrative:
Air carrier X had recurring stuck microphone over 15 min period in class a airspace. All aircraft were advised to check their mikes when frequency cleared on 2 occasions. By third I idented air carrier X as cause. When frequency cleared I advised aircraft.

Narrative: ACR X HAD RECURRING STUCK MIKE OVER 15 MIN PERIOD IN CLASS A AIRSPACE. ALL ACFT WERE ADVISED TO CHK THEIR MIKES WHEN FREQ CLRED ON 2 OCCASIONS. BY THIRD I IDENTED ACR X AS CAUSE. WHEN FREQ CLRED I ADVISED ACFT.
