Narrative:

During the takeoff roll, had anti-ice duct warning and rejected the takeoff at 105 KTS. After clearing the active runway, maintenance control was contacted and the problem jointly reviewed and solved. While the time for brake cooling was met (40 mins), a rejected takeoff above 100 KTS required a fuse plug inspection, which was not done.

Title: A COMMERCIAL FIXED WING MDT ACFT WAS DISPATCHED AFTER A 105 KT REJECTED TKOF AND BRAKE COOLING PERIOD BUT WITHOUT THE TIRE FUSE PLUGS BEING INSPECTED.

Narrative: DURING THE TKOF ROLL, HAD ANTI-ICE DUCT WARNING AND REJECTED THE TKOF AT 105 KTS. AFTER CLRING THE ACTIVE RWY, MAINT CTL WAS CONTACTED AND THE PROB JOINTLY REVIEWED AND SOLVED.
