Narrative:

Passenger was boarded and I was notified that he was manic depressive by the agent. The agent assured us the passenger would sleep during flight. Shortly after takeoff he rang his call light several times demanding water. After given water, passenger came to the aft of aircraft and asked for more. I noticed he had spilled most of it on his clothes. Passenger then went to the lavatory and sat on the toilet with the door opened and flashed a pouch containing his ticket at me as if there were instructions on how to handle him. Another flight attendant came to assist, I maintained service. At one point, went to the back to find passenger exposing himself. Cockpit was notified. So came back to calm passenger. Passenger took his clothes off and shouted obscenities. An unscheduled landing was done in pls to deplane passenger. Passenger threatened the safety of flight.
