Narrative:

Dusan intersection. We were on A315 headed nnw. Air carrier B was headed south on A567 to aruba. Both reported estimate to dusan, the intersection of A315 and A567, at the same time and at the same altitude. We watched TCASII as air carrier B approached within 20 mi. Control was busy apparently trying to figure out where we 'us' and they were. Shortly after a TA displayed we started a climb. Pitch was increased when an RA displayed. Maximum altitude was about 31800 ft, 1700 ft above air carrier B who had descended. We both crossed dusan at the same time, our reported estimate. Curacao control did not comment. Supplemental information from acn 389004: I was flying the jet, noticed a TCASII target at 40 NM with a converging vector towards us at our altitude, advised the captain. At 10 NM he was still on a collision vector. At roughly 7 NM I disconnected the autoplt and started a climb. Seconds later we received a TCASII resolution, then a climb command.

Title: FLC OF B757 HAS TCASII TA THEN RA AS THEY APCH AN INTXN ON ATLANTIC RTE. ANOTHER ACR IS XING THE SAME INTXN AT SAME ALT.

Narrative: DUSAN INTXN. WE WERE ON A315 HEADED NNW. ACR B WAS HEADED S ON A567 TO ARUBA. BOTH RPTED ESTIMATE TO DUSAN, THE INTXN OF A315 AND A567, AT THE SAME TIME AND AT THE SAME ALT. WE WATCHED TCASII AS ACR B APCHED WITHIN 20 MI. CTL WAS BUSY APPARENTLY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE WE 'US' AND THEY WERE. SHORTLY AFTER A TA DISPLAYED WE STARTED A CLB. PITCH WAS INCREASED WHEN AN RA DISPLAYED. MAX ALT WAS ABOUT 31800 FT, 1700 FT ABOVE ACR B WHO HAD DSNDED. WE BOTH CROSSED DUSAN AT THE SAME TIME, OUR RPTED ESTIMATE. CURACAO CTL DID NOT COMMENT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 389004: I WAS FLYING THE JET, NOTICED A TCASII TARGET AT 40 NM WITH A CONVERGING VECTOR TOWARDS US AT OUR ALT, ADVISED THE CAPT. AT 10 NM HE WAS STILL ON A COLLISION VECTOR. AT ROUGHLY 7 NM I DISCONNECTED THE AUTOPLT AND STARTED A CLB. SECONDS LATER WE RECEIVED A TCASII RESOLUTION, THEN A CLB COMMAND.
