Narrative:

Cleared to cross 80 NM from indy VORTAC at 10000 ft. We were about 1000 ft high at 80 NM. First night of a hub turn and everyone was very tired. We repeated altitude and crossing restr upon the start of the descent from FL310. First officer was PF -- no conflict anywhere. In fact we were the only aircraft anywhere near south of indy. We just got behind on the descent and never got caught up. Corrective action -- will get the flight engineer to also monitor altitudes and restrs.
