Narrative:

During briefing, I informed first flight attendant they would have to be down early due to high wind at ewr. We were given 20 min hold at penns in smooth air. Put seat belts on at top of descent. As soon as cleared from hold, gave flight attendant prepare for landing PA. Later I made a PA -- flight attendants be seated -- because I heard them working in galley. During approach we had occasional moderate turbulence. When we got to gate and I was saying good-bye to flight attendants, a working flight attendant told me he had fallen. I asked if he needed any assistance, he said no, but he would be filing a report. No assistance was given and no outward signs of injury were seen.
