Controller gave B737 FL230 but thought a few mins later that he gave FL190. B737 went to FL230 causing a loss of separation with aircraft at FL200.

Title: ARTCC RADAR CTLR INADVERTENTLY CLRED A B737 TO CLB TO FL230 INSTEAD OF FL190 AS HE INTENDED, RESULTING IN LOSS OF SEPARATION WITH AN SF34 LEVEL AT FL200.
Narrative: CTLR GAVE B737 FL230 BUT THOUGHT A FEW MINS LATER THAT HE GAVE FL190. B737 WENT TO FL230 CAUSING A LOSS OF SEPARATION WITH ACFT AT FL200.
