Narrative:

While on an NDB approach to runway 32 at yng, I was cleared for the approach and maintain 3000 ft MSL till established inbound. While I was descending the altitude hold did not engage, I did not pick this up till about 2600 ft MSL and I began a climb up to 3000 ft MSL and remained there until the FAF and continued the approach.
