Narrative:
Set altitude alerter at 20000 ft as per our clearance. Altitude capture was disengaged for unknown reason. Autoplt did not capture and ATC advised us as we climbed through 20700 ft. No further mention from center of the deviation.

Narrative: SET ALT ALERTER AT 20000 FT AS PER OUR CLRNC. ALT CAPTURE WAS DISENGAGED FOR UNKNOWN REASON. AUTOPLT DID NOT CAPTURE AND ATC ADVISED US AS WE CLBED THROUGH 20700 FT. NO FURTHER MENTION FROM CTR OF THE DEV.
