Narrative:

Tuned in the henry beacon 221 KHZ within 6 NM of the beacon. Could not hear identify. Asked approach control condition of radio beacon and was advised that it was operating in the green. Tuned ADF receiver to the kissimmee beacon 10 mi away and received a strong signal and strong needle swing toward the kissimmee beacon. Retuned to the henry beacon and did not receive an identify of the beacon and strong needle swing until within 1 NM of the beacon. Advised orl ground control of the poor operation of the beacon and noise of an interference source. Orl ground advised that they informed maintenance on many occasions with no proper fix/repair. I advised orl ground I would file a NASA report.
