Narrative:

Upon leveling off at FL330, found altitude hold increasingly erratic and eventually non functional. Finally had to hand fly aircraft to destination. Found it difficult to hold aircraft to altdevs up to +/-200 ft from FL330 level. Determined that 'trim' was frozen (presumably due to contamination of water or moisture). Unable to properly trim, even manually. Will be corrected by simply lubricating with fresh lubricant, I believe.
