Narrative:
During a visual approach to runway 27R at mia our aircraft was illuminated from the ground as we were passing 200-250 ft AGL. Aircraft was on centerline and glide path. The light was white, extremely bright and seemed directional and intentional. It caused some comments and distraction in the cockpit. The aircraft behind us mentioned it also. I reported it to the tower and they said they would have dade county investigate.

Title: FLC OF A320 HAS A BRIGHT LIGHT AIMED AT THE ACFT FROM THE GND WHEN 200 FT AGL ON APCH.
Narrative: DURING A VISUAL APCH TO RWY 27R AT MIA OUR ACFT WAS ILLUMINATED FROM THE GND AS WE WERE PASSING 200-250 FT AGL. ACFT WAS ON CTRLINE AND GLIDE PATH. THE LIGHT WAS WHITE, EXTREMELY BRIGHT AND SEEMED DIRECTIONAL AND INTENTIONAL. IT CAUSED SOME COMMENTS AND DISTR IN THE COCKPIT. THE ACFT BEHIND US MENTIONED IT ALSO. I RPTED IT TO THE TWR AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE DADE COUNTY INVESTIGATE.
