Narrative:

Approach to runway 9 normal until approximately 10 ft AGL. Wind given by unicom of 5 mph out of southwest. First officer flying aircraft -- wind stronger than 5 mph closer to 10-15 mph with gusts from approximately 140-150 degrees. At approximately 10 ft AGL airspeed depleted rapidly, aircraft yawed left, with rapid sink rate. Left wingtip contacted runway followed by roll to right with right wing contacting runway. Go around executed by captain and returned for landing with no other incident.
