Narrative:
While holding short of runway 2R at pdk, tower instructs to advance across hold line to allow traffic to position behind reporter flown aircraft. Both runways 2L&right were active and tower frequency was too congested to query instructions. Reporter complied, yet tower cleared traffic to land on runway 2R while reporter flown aircraft was across hold line -- all without comment or mishap.

BOTH RWYS 2L&R WERE ACTIVE AND TWR FREQ WAS TOO CONGESTED TO QUERY INSTRUCTIONS. RPTR COMPLIED, YET TWR CLRED TFC TO LAND ON RWY 2R WHILE RPTR FLOWN ACFT WAS ACROSS HOLD LINE -- ALL WITHOUT COMMENT OR MISHAP.
