Narrative:

Pre departure clearance unavailable. Received and read back clearance with clearance delivery as cleared as filed, etc. Clearance delivery gave us a readback correct. The flight plan called for the TEX3, okm transition which is the 012 degree radial out of ranger. Tracking out of the fuz/012 degree radial departure asked us to turn and intercept the fuz/360 degree radial as per our clearance. They expected us to fly the TEX3, tul transition. The TEX3, okm transition is not usually flown, but that clearance made sense due to the WX on the TEX3, tul and TEX3, irw routing. I do not know why the confusion with the clearance. If I read back the incorrect clearance, clearance delivery should have advised me so. No traffic conflict occurred, and we ended up deviating to the east of the fuz/360 degree radial for WX avoidance after we turned from the fuz/012 degree radial and intercepted the fuz/360 degree radial. Supplemental information from acn 383520: the ZFW controller agreed that was a good idea, but did not have that flight plan or clearance for us, anyway. We were reclred direct and deviated around the WX to the east without further confusion. This has happened occasionally before when a good dispatcher re-files to avoid obvious WX, it sometimes does not get in the system in time for ATC to get the re-route or update.

Title: AN ACR FK10 FLC RECEIVED A CLRNC 'AS FILED,' BUT AS THEY INTERCEPTED THEIR OUTBOUND RADIAL THE DEP CTLR TOLD THEM THAT THEY WERE ON THE WRONG TRANSITION. APPARENTLY, THEIR NEW ROUTING, MEANT TO AVOID TSTMS, WAS NOT RECEIVED BY ATC.

Narrative: PDC UNAVAILABLE. RECEIVED AND READ BACK CLRNC WITH CLRNC DELIVERY AS CLRED AS FILED, ETC. CLRNC DELIVERY GAVE US A READBACK CORRECT. THE FLT PLAN CALLED FOR THE TEX3, OKM TRANSITION WHICH IS THE 012 DEG RADIAL OUT OF RANGER. TRACKING OUT OF THE FUZ/012 DEG RADIAL DEP ASKED US TO TURN AND INTERCEPT THE FUZ/360 DEG RADIAL AS PER OUR CLRNC. THEY EXPECTED US TO FLY THE TEX3, TUL TRANSITION. THE TEX3, OKM TRANSITION IS NOT USUALLY FLOWN, BUT THAT CLRNC MADE SENSE DUE TO THE WX ON THE TEX3, TUL AND TEX3, IRW ROUTING. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THE CONFUSION WITH THE CLRNC. IF I READ BACK THE INCORRECT CLRNC, CLRNC DELIVERY SHOULD HAVE ADVISED ME SO. NO TFC CONFLICT OCCURRED, AND WE ENDED UP DEVIATING TO THE E OF THE FUZ/360 DEG RADIAL FOR WX AVOIDANCE AFTER WE TURNED FROM THE FUZ/012 DEG RADIAL AND INTERCEPTED THE FUZ/360 DEG RADIAL. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 383520: THE ZFW CTLR AGREED THAT WAS A GOOD IDEA, BUT DID NOT HAVE THAT FLT PLAN OR CLRNC FOR US, ANYWAY. WE WERE RECLRED DIRECT AND DEVIATED AROUND THE WX TO THE E WITHOUT FURTHER CONFUSION. THIS HAS HAPPENED OCCASIONALLY BEFORE WHEN A GOOD DISPATCHER RE-FILES TO AVOID OBVIOUS WX, IT SOMETIMES DOES NOT GET IN THE SYS IN TIME FOR ATC TO GET THE RE-RTE OR UPDATE.
