Narrative:
A NOTAM changing the MDA on the NDB runway 28 approach to bjj has been out for several months. The approach chart has not been changed. This is a dangerous situation. The MDA has been raised causing the gradient to be steepened. Sometimes this NOTAM is given and sometimes it is not. The NOTAM should be dropped or the chart changed.

Title: A PLT COMPLAINS OF EFFECTIVENESS OF NOTAM AT BJJ, OH. RECENT CHKING AT FSS SHOWS THERE ARE NO NOTAMS IN EFFECT FOR BJJ, OH.
Narrative: A NOTAM CHANGING THE MDA ON THE NDB RWY 28 APCH TO BJJ HAS BEEN OUT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. THE APCH CHART HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SIT. THE MDA HAS BEEN RAISED CAUSING THE GRADIENT TO BE STEEPENED. SOMETIMES THIS NOTAM IS GIVEN AND SOMETIMES IT IS NOT. THE NOTAM SHOULD BE DROPPED OR THE CHART CHANGED.
