Narrative:
My captain changed our flight number without the knowledge of dispatch. He did this over my objections. I found this captain to be very hostile and unable to work with me -- his crew, or dispatch -- who he would not call. After this flight, I turned him in to professional standards. His CRM skills and judgement are both unsatisfactory.

Narrative: MY CAPT CHANGED OUR FLT NUMBER WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF DISPATCH. HE DID THIS OVER MY OBJECTIONS. I FOUND THIS CAPT TO BE VERY HOSTILE AND UNABLE TO WORK WITH ME -- HIS CREW, OR DISPATCH -- WHO HE WOULD NOT CALL. AFTER THIS FLT, I TURNED HIM IN TO PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS. HIS CRM SKILLS AND JUDGEMENT ARE BOTH UNSATISFACTORY.
