Narrative:
En route at 6000 ft MSL was told to make an immediate turn to 360 degrees. Heard gso approach tell another plane to make an immediate turn. Then I saw a king air go under me at approximately 400 ft difference in altitude. Was told by approach other airplane was in a descent and was 400 ft below me.

Title: PLT RPT REGARDING CLOSE PROX AND RADAR VECTORS OF A BE58 ON IFR FLT PLAN AND A KING AIR. BOTH ACFT TURNED FOR TFC AVOIDANCE BY APCH CTLR.
Narrative: ENRTE AT 6000 FT MSL WAS TOLD TO MAKE AN IMMEDIATE TURN TO 360 DEGS. HEARD GSO APCH TELL ANOTHER PLANE TO MAKE AN IMMEDIATE TURN. THEN I SAW A KING AIR GO UNDER ME AT APPROX 400 FT DIFFERENCE IN ALT. WAS TOLD BY APCH OTHER AIRPLANE WAS IN A DSCNT AND WAS 400 FT BELOW ME.
