Narrative:

While conducting a night flight we accidentally lined up for the east runway at dobbins AFB instead of the east runway at mccullom. The 2 airspaces are overlapping and the runways are similarly aligned. The flight was conducted at night in hazy WX conditions with approximately 4-6 mi visibility. The airport beacon appeared to have only 1 operable white light and 1 operable green light.
