Narrative:

These are separate sits. #1: BE58 departs stj and automates to ZKC. Mci xfers to ZKC. ZKC advises they didn't get handoff. #2: overflt indicates T08 in scratch pad (T08 means topek gate at 80). The aircraft really was landing foe. Should have been descending to 60 per LOA. Both of these sits continue to happen due to automation problems. Automation specialist has been advised with no results. Only way to solve at this point is excessive coordination which only hampers our abilities to run a safe and orderly flow.

Title: MCI TRACON CTLR CLAIMS THEY ARE EXPERIENCING AUTOMATED HDOF PROBS WITH ZKC. THE MCI AUTOMATION SPECIALIST IS AWARE OF THE PROB, BUT IT STILL EXISTS.

BOTH OF THESE SITS CONTINUE TO HAPPEN DUE TO AUTOMATION PROBS. AUTOMATION SPECIALIST HAS BEEN ADVISED WITH NO RESULTS. ONLY WAY TO SOLVE AT THIS POINT IS EXCESSIVE COORD WHICH ONLY HAMPERS OUR ABILITIES TO RUN A SAFE AND ORDERLY FLOW.
