Narrative:

I was on final to runway 21 at pulliam airport, flagstaff, az. High overcast, visibility +10 mi, wind 160 degrees at 9 KTS. Crossed over fence at 85 KTS, over threshold at 85 KTS, and proceeded to enter landing confign. At 80 KTS, plane touched down and bounced. Maintained vertical, longitudinal and horizontal control, maintained stability and attempted to land again. Touched down, rolled approximately 50 yards, left wing dropped. I pushed in right rudder, pulled back on yoke and turned to lift wing. Started skidding left. Turned off gas, electrical, master altitude's, shut down all system with power and mixture full back position and propeller forward. I left them in this position. I placed them there as soon as wing dropped and no rudder response. All poh emergency procedures followed. Exited aircraft, got away from plane. Neither my son, a passenger, nor myself were injured. Plane determined to be in no danger of fire, confirmed by airport fire department. I don't know why incident occurred. Landing was firm on initial touchdown. No stall horn went off at all and plane appeared normal until right at touchdown. I took corrective action and control of plane and realigned and landed, then left main gave way. Skidded 50-75 yards off runway 21.
