Narrative:

The aircraft (B757) was deviating east of his course (east of AR3) to avoid WX. I approved the deviation and told him to proceed direct ilm when able, sure that the aircraft's course would keep him clear of active warning area airspace. It did not. The aircraft entered the southwest boundary of the warning area (W122J) with a late pointout to the using agency. I instructed the radar associate to point the aircraft out as I turned the aircraft away from the warning area airspace. The using agency responded with 'unable pointout.' an airspace violation was turned in. No other aircraft involved.
