Narrative:

ACARS message to contact center on 124.02 from company. When center contacted, he asked us if we had received clearance to turn and he had been trying to contact us. We did not respond previously to center handoff from 133.65 (ZJX). Obviously we had not heard center handoff from one frequency to another, and had not responded to such either.
