Narrative:

BE35 taxied onto runway, while B737 was on departure roll, B737 was going too fast to safely abort takeoff. B737 climbed out over BE35. B737 was midfield at approximately 100-120 KTS when the BE35 taxied onto the runway. To abort takeoff at that point the B737 would have run off the runway, pilot concurred. All I could do is watch and hope the B737 rotated prior to the BE35.

Title: ATCT LCL CTLR AND AN ACR B737 BOTH SAW A BE35 ENTER RWY 26L AS THE B737 WAS MIDFIELD ON ITS TKOF ROLL. THE B737 WAS ABLE TO ROTATE AND PASS OVER THE BE35 BY 100 FT. BOTH THE CTLR AND THE ACR FLC AGREED AN ABORT ATTEMPT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A SUCCESSFUL RESOLUTION.
