Narrative:

I was in cruise and called for an airport advisory. I got confirmation on 2 traffic and began to slow the phone down (AC-12 commander). Once below vlc I put the gear down (handle). I looked for the traffic and I began a straight-in approach. I added flaps and continued the descent with the traffic in sight. I pulled power to idle at about 30 ft AGL and continued with the flare and landing. There was no indication (horn or gear unsafe light) that there was any problem prior to the aircraft settling to the runway. My failure was in not verifying the gear. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated all landing gear position indicating lights were working and no unsafe light illuminated and no warning horn. The reporter said after maintenance jacked the aircraft and checked the landing gear it was discovered the warning horn had failed in addition to other components not specified.
