Narrative:

Approximately 45 mins ago, I was notified that the FAA had some question concerning the takeoff of our flight from lga on jun/xa/97 to ord. Specifically, that we took off without takeoff clearance. I believe this is in error. I believe that we took off from lga on the date referenced with the proper takeoff clearance. I have no recall of any event concerning our flight which would indicate that it was not continuously operated within FAA regulations and guidelines.
