Narrative:

Cleared ILS runway 15R bwi. Called tower and we were advised winds 32 degrees and 13 KTS. We had a 10 KT tailwind limit. Notified tower and we elected to go around. Told tower due to WX we required left or right turn. Said unable right due to traffic, so we began left turn for WX avoidance. Called approach and were sequenced for VOR DME runway 33L approach. We heard a commuter aircraft ask where we were going. We didn't get a TCASII on that aircraft nor did approach say traffic was a factor.
