Narrative:

During touch and go landing on rollout student retracted gear lever. Nosewheel began to retract and nose dropped causing a minimal propeller strike. I took controls and elevator up and slight power to keep nose up and time to extend the gear lever and nosewheel to extend fully. A green light was observed by me and I gently lowered the nose to the runway. I taxied the aircraft to ramp without further problems.
