Narrative:

During takeoff roll I lifted the tail too high and the propeller struck the runway. It did not hit hard, and I did not notice that I had hit the propeller until after the flight. Witness on the ground called me after the takeoff to inform me I might have got the propeller. While talking to them I climbed to 4500 ft MSL by accident which may have put me in the sfo TCA. After talking to the ground person I returned to land. The distraction of the event caused me to climb too high momentarily into the base of the TCA which could have led to a traffic conflict.
