Narrative:

After landing on runway 12 at mia we rolled out to taxiway south where we exited the runway and were instructed to taxi to our gate. I vaguely remember what I think was an air carrier X B757 or B767 on taxiway T facing north. We proceeded our taxi to our gate and heard no further information from mia ground control. The air carrier X captain accuses me of taxiing at a high speed with reverse buckets deployed and frightening him. For this, I apologize. However, taxiway south is a high speed runway exit. Many pilots feel it is not dangerous to use idle reverse when not on the ramp or in proximity of ground personnel or vehicles. Airspeed at this point was not indicating so the speed was 60 KTS or less. We were slowed to taxi speed by spot xx some 500 ft beyond the air carrier flight.
