Narrative:

Passenger who was 5 months pregnant complained of cramps. With no doctor on board, I directed flight attendants to contact major clinic on flight phone per company procedure. Major clinic recommended immediate diversion to suitable facility. Dispatch recommended den or las, but den was closer so diverted, and had paramedics meet flight. Passenger was removed and we continued on to lax after re-release and aircraft servicing.
