Targets appear and track toward the bucks harbor radar site. They appear as primary targets moving at high speed (+600 KTS). This situation has occurred with a number of our radar sites on many occasions. It has been reported but no corrective action has been taken.

Title: RPTED SIT OF TARGETS APPEARING AS HIGH SPD PRIMARY TARGETS TRACKING TOWARD THE RADAR ANTENNA. RPTR ALLEGES THIS SIT HAS OCCURRED AT SOME OTHER RADAR SITES AND THAT NO CORRECTIVE ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.
Narrative: TARGETS APPEAR AND TRACK TOWARD THE BUCKS HARBOR RADAR SITE. THEY APPEAR AS PRIMARY TARGETS MOVING AT HIGH SPD (+600 KTS). THIS SIT HAS OCCURRED WITH A NUMBER OF OUR RADAR SITES ON MANY OCCASIONS. IT HAS BEEN RPTED BUT NO CORRECTIVE ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.
