Narrative:

We were operating as 'X' flight and issued the mountain 4 departure from sea departing runway 16L. We failed to comply with SID, specifically, we did not turn at 5 DME to a heading of 070 degrees as depicted. At 12 DME, on runway heading (158 degree radial) ATC noted our deviation. Our pushback, taxi, and takeoff was one continuous movement -- no delay, we kept moving. We were running 10 mins late and were being observed by a company check airman, I felt pressured and hurried. Supplemental information from acn 373499: my company is taking corrective action on the crew (captain and first officer). 2 hour ground school plus extra in-flight training.
