Narrative:

About 1 hour into the flight purser reported to the captain that passenger were very upset and out of control due to catering and late departure. Purser also told captain that passenger were lined up outside the cockpit door requesting to talk to the captain. Captain decision was to invite 1 passenger into the cockpit to listen to his complaint. The captain decision along with the purser after listening to the passenger was to get written statements from displeased passenger, and he would deliver the complaint to the management of air carrier X.

Title: SEVERAL PAX ON AN ACR B727 COMPLAINED ABOUT THE FOOD AND LATE DEP TO THE CAPT AFTER REACHING CRUISE FLT. CAPT NOTED THEIR COMPLAINTS AND OBTAINED WRITTEN RPTS TO TURN INTO THE COMPANY.

Narrative: ABOUT 1 HR INTO THE FLT PURSER RPTED TO THE CAPT THAT PAX WERE VERY UPSET AND OUT OF CTL DUE TO CATERING AND LATE DEP. PURSER ALSO TOLD CAPT THAT PAX WERE LINED UP OUTSIDE THE COCKPIT DOOR REQUESTING TO TALK TO THE CAPT. CAPT DECISION WAS TO INVITE 1 PAX INTO THE COCKPIT TO LISTEN TO HIS COMPLAINT. THE CAPT DECISION ALONG WITH THE PURSER AFTER LISTENING TO THE PAX WAS TO GET WRITTEN STATEMENTS FROM DISPLEASED PAX, AND HE WOULD DELIVER THE COMPLAINT TO THE MGMNT OF ACR X.
