Narrative:
During training we were performing engine out procedure as required for multi-engine rating. During restart we must have overlooked a checklist item and consequently engine did not start, forcing us to land on the taxiway at frg. Only damage was to front wheel and 2 lights on the taxiway.

Title: MULTI ENG PLT TRAINEE, IN A PIPER PA34-200, MADE AN EMER LNDG ON A TXWY AFTER ONE OF THE ENGS FAILED TO RESTART AFTER AN INSTRUCTOR INDUCED ENG OUT. 2 TXWY LIGHTS AND THE ACFT NOSEWHEEL WERE DAMAGED DURING THE LNDG ROLL.
Narrative: DURING TRAINING WE WERE PERFORMING ENG OUT PROC AS REQUIRED FOR MULTI-ENG RATING. DURING RESTART WE MUST HAVE OVERLOOKED A CHKLIST ITEM AND CONSEQUENTLY ENG DID NOT START, FORCING US TO LAND ON THE TXWY AT FRG. ONLY DAMAGE WAS TO FRONT WHEEL AND 2 LIGHTS ON THE TXWY.
