Title: CAPT OF AN ACR COMPLAINS OF A LACK OF DOCUMENTS TO ACCOMPANY A SECRET CLASSIFIED CARGO SHIPPED BY THE GOV SINCE IT COULD HAVE BEEN A POTENTIAL HAZARD TO AIR SAFETY. THERE WAS NO INDICATION THAT IT WAS OTHER THAN SHIPMENT UNDER A SECRET CLASSIFICATION.
