Narrative:

I was flying VFR from ardmore, ok, to ft worth meacham using flight following with dfw approach. They told me if I was above 2600 ft MSL, no need to call alliance tower and below 3000 ft to be below class B airspace. 2 days later I did the same thing but was not using flight following. I landed at meacham and the tower advised I had entered alliance class D airspace. I was relying on past experience (2 days ago). I should have contacted alliance tower for clarification and then this would not have occurred.

Title: PLT OF SMA TWIN MAKES UNAUTH ENTRY INTO CLASS D AIRSPACE. NO CONTACT WITH ATC.

Narrative: I WAS FLYING VFR FROM ARDMORE, OK, TO FT WORTH MEACHAM USING FLT FOLLOWING WITH DFW APCH. THEY TOLD ME IF I WAS ABOVE 2600 FT MSL, NO NEED TO CALL ALLIANCE TWR AND BELOW 3000 FT TO BE BELOW CLASS B AIRSPACE. 2 DAYS LATER I DID THE SAME THING BUT WAS NOT USING FLT FOLLOWING. I LANDED AT MEACHAM AND THE TWR ADVISED I HAD ENTERED ALLIANCE CLASS D AIRSPACE. I WAS RELYING ON PAST EXPERIENCE (2 DAYS AGO). I SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ALLIANCE TWR FOR CLARIFICATION AND THEN THIS WOULD NOT HAVE OCCURRED.
