Narrative:

The violation was flying eastbound at 4500 ft rather than 3500 ft or 5500 ft. I was receiving flight following but do not recall exactly where I was. I was handed off from rdg approach to phl approach, and the controller advised me to fly the proper altitude for my direction. The reason I was at the wrong altitude was that I hadn't flown for 3 months, because my plane was being repaired.
