Narrative:
Arc form 277 does not appear to apply to the following situation -- no lights (warning) have been observed on a microwave antenna since nov/96. This includes both night and bad WX observations. The tower is located on texas radio station, approximately 1 NM east of IH35 and kyle, tx. It is approximately 4 NM northwest of san marcos airport, tx (old gary AFB). A sign on the fence surrounding the tower indicates it belongs to commercial radio station. Possibly you will have better luck than I have.
