Narrative:

On takeoff from ZZZ, aircraft would not pressurize. Upon returning to ZZZ, further inspection discovered the aircraft aft/right overwing emergency exit door was incorrectly installed. Another mechanic correctly installed the door and aircraft departed ZZZ without further incident. I had been working on the right wing and was using the overwing exit. I would like to note that many personnel have access to aircraft and had been on aircraft after I reinstalled the door.
